How It works

How Gradient Gives Back Foundation Works

Gradient Gives Back Foundation (GGBF) partners with financial service professionals across America to provide up to 12 months of mortgage or rent assistance to families facing unexpected hardships through no fault of their own. Since assistance is provided through local partnerships, eligibility depends on the presence of an active partner in the applicant’s community.

📌 Expanding Opportunities

Our network of partners is continually growing, and new locations are added regularly. While we do not publish a list of participating communities, we encourage all eligible families to apply—opportunities for assistance may expand to new areas over time.

1

Submit an Application
Families can apply for themselves or be nominated at any time during the year. Applications require basic contact information and a summary of the family's current hardship.

2

Application Review
Our team carefully evaluates each submission to identify families experiencing temporary hardship where assistance can make a meaningful impact. If funding is available in the applicant’s community, we consider financial need, circumstances, and alignment with our mission.

3

Additional Screening
Selected applicants will be contacted directly asked to complete an extended application. If chosen to move forward, a virtual one-on-one meeting will be conducted, and any additional information required will be collected.

4

Assistance Awarded
In collaboration with our partners, a family is chosen to receive up to 12 months of mortgage or rent payments, helping them regain stability and focus on the future. Their stories are shared to inspire others to give back.
What to Expect Next

Due to the high volume of applications, not every family will be selected. However, we encourage you to apply and share your story, as every application is reviewed with care. Selections are made in collaboration with partners who choose to support a family in their community.
