At Gradient Gives Back Foundation (GGBF), we understand that life is unpredictable, and even the strongest families can face unexpected challenges—medical issues, accidents, job loss, or other hardships that create financial strain. Through partnerships with financial service professionals, select families within their local communities receive the life-changing gift of housing assistance, easing financial burdens when they need it most. By covering up to 12 months of mortgage or rent payments, our partners help families focus on what truly matters—whether that’s recovery, caring for loved ones, or regaining financial independence.
Our mission is to provide financial relief to families facing unexpected hardships, allowing them to focus on the moments that matter most. Through the generosity of our partners, we bring hope and stability to families in need, giving them the opportunity to regain financial footing.
In 2009, Chuck and Tami Lucius, founders of Gradient Financial Group, established Gradient Gives Back Foundation (GGBF) to directly provide financial support to families facing financial difficulties.
What began as a Minnesota-based nonprofit has since expanded into a nationwide initiative, partnering with financial service professionals to provide up to 12 months of housing payments to families in need. The foundation was created during a time of economic turmoil with a simple goal: to strengthen communities by easing financial burdens and providing families with a sense of stability.
Since its establishment, Gradient Gives Back Foundation has provided more than $875,000 in housing assistance, awarding housing payments to families across the United States. Our mission continues today, helping families in local communities and inspiring others to take part in charitable giving.
